PEDS – Peterborough Eating Disorder Support
Two registered nurses with over 18 years joint experience working with people with eating disorders both in a community and hospital setting who now go out to various establishments including schools.
A workshop delivered over two hours addressing the following:
Worry about food and the impact of Eating Disorders on the person and those around the person. Students worked in groups of maximum 6. A lot of discussion about this issue and worksheets in teams.
Involving
Approximately 60 x Year 8 students, larger percentage male as requested by the two ladies delivering the workshop
