Kamal Hyman workshops – Termly Jan - June 2018
The workshops were held termly with the main goals:
- Students will identify 3 negative habits currently holding them back and leave with a plan to replace them
- They will create a compelling vision for their lives beyond education in order to realise the importance of working hard now
- Challenge students current perception of exams and GCSE's in order to create a more powerful & healthy relationship with the idea of exams.
- How to go from being a Chicken (Fixed Mindset) to being an Eagle (Growth Mindset)

Termly workshop with 15 students from Year 9 and 15 students from Year 10
Finishing at end of the academic term in June 2018
