Mental Health & Well Being Ambassador Training in Cambridge
PiXL Training delivered to groups of students and staff from several schools.
Students and staff were split onto different tables in order to meet and work with new people; improve confidence; promote discussion; teamwork.
The trainer asked a series of questions about Mental Health and the stigmas and these were discussed in groups before answers were offered.
The morning culminated in getting back into school groups and putting together a plan of action. Students thought about and discussed with us what they had learned, together with ideas to propose which will drive mental health & wellbeing support forward at KSCS. An action plan was started.
