Food Specialist Demonstrations
Sharon from Baking lady cakes ran a number of workshops with students to teach them how create elaborate chocolate decorations, as well as bread, cheese and butter from scratch. She demonstrated the different techniques needed during each workshop. Within the chocolate demonstrations, Sharon also gave a little bit of history behind chocolate.
