Our Year 11 Wellbeing Ambassadors arranged for a yoga teacher to deliver a free session with year 11 in mind to learn relaxation techniques prior to exams and for any staff who wanted to join.
The session lasted an hour in total. It was very well received by all and inspired those who took part to use some of the exercises and techniques as well as think about doing yoga on a regular basis.
