The Kite Trust is a charity working with young people who are part of the LGBTQ+ community, or questioning their sexuality or gender identity. It is an entirely confidential service and young people are able to self-refer, be referred through school, youth workers, parents, social workers, or any other professional. It provides youth groups, books clubs, 1-2-1 support sessions, creative projects such as podcasts and writing sessions, advocacy, and work with local schools and professionals to provide training on LGBTQ+ awareness. Certificates are available for collection
Students who achieved grades in Year 11 and Year 13 – 2019/2020 - should contact the Exams team on 01733 383666 to arrange a time to collect them from reception.
Alternatively, you can provide an addressed envelope with recorded delivery paid for.
Any student from previous years who has not collected their certificates can also ring to arrange a collection time.

How are you all doing during this recent lockdown? It may feel scary and confusing and that is totally normal. Doing work at home instead of school, not seeing friends and family and not being able to go out may be taking its toll, but there are things you can do to help. We know this is a really difficult time and students may feel they need to talk to someone about their wellbeing.
